# How to Make It:
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chili flakes. Toss until evenly coated and set aside to marinate while preparing remaining components.
- Bring water to boil in a medium saucepan and cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold running water until cooled completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, sriracha, and toasted sesame seeds until well combined. Add cooled noodles and toss to ensure even coating.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Grill marinated shrimp for 1 to 2 minutes per side until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- Divide dressed noodles evenly between serving bowls. Top each portion with grilled shrimp.
- Arrange julienned carrot, cucumber, sliced spring onions, fresh cilantro, and red bell pepper atop each bowl. Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing.
