Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries (Print Version)

Fresh strawberries filled with creamy cheesecake and topped with graham cracker crumbs, perfect for quick indulgence.

# What You'll Need:

→ Strawberries

01 - 24 large fresh strawberries

→ Cheesecake Filling

02 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
04 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

→ Topping

05 - 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs

# How to Make It:

01 - Rinse strawberries and pat dry. Using a small paring knife, hull each strawberry and gently scoop out additional flesh to create a cavity for the filling.
02 - In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
03 - Transfer cheesecake mixture to a piping bag or plastic bag with a corner snipped off, then pipe filling into each hulled strawberry generously.
04 - Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over the filled strawberries.
05 - Arrange stuffed strawberries on a serving platter and chill for 10 minutes before serving if desired.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • They come together in under 20 minutes but look like you hired a pastry chef
  • The combination of juicy berries and rich filling hits every crave worthy texture at once
02 -
  • Room temperature cream cheese is non negotiable here or your filling will be grainy and sad
  • Do not hollow out the strawberries too much or they will collapse under the weight of the filling
03 -
  • Use a star tip for your piping bag to make these look fancy without any extra effort
  • Save the strawberry scraps you hollowed out and blend them into smoothies rather than wasting them
