01 - 3 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
02 - 4 cups arugula or mixed baby greens
03 - 1 small handful fresh basil leaves

04 - 2 balls fresh burrata cheese (about 7 oz total)

05 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
06 - 2 tablespoons honey
07 - 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush peach halves lightly with extra virgin olive oil.
02 - Position peaches cut-side down on the hot grill. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side until caramelized and tender. Remove from heat and allow to cool briefly, then slice each half into wedges.
03 - Arrange arugula or mixed baby greens evenly on a large salad platter.
04 - Scatter grilled peach slices across the greens.
05 - Tear burrata balls and nestle portions among the peaches.
06 - Scatter fresh basil leaves over salad. Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, then season with flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
