Mango Peach Sparkling Tea (Print Version)

A bright and refreshing summer drink made with mango, peach, sparkling tea, and a hint of lime.

# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit Puree

01 - 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
02 - 2 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and diced
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
04 - 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup, optional, to taste

→ Tea Base

05 - 2 cups strong brewed black tea, cooled
06 - 1 cup sparkling water, chilled

→ Garnish

07 - Fresh mint leaves
08 - Sliced peach and mango
09 - Ice cubes

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine diced mango, diced peaches, lime juice, and honey or agave in a blender. Process until fully smooth.
02 - Press the blended fruit mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to achieve a refined texture. This step is optional.
03 - Pour cooled black tea into the pitcher containing the fruit puree. Stir thoroughly to integrate flavors.
04 - Introduce chilled sparkling water to the pitcher and blend gently to preserve effervescence.
05 - Fill glasses with ice cubes. Decant the mango-peach sparkling tea mixture over the ice for optimal refreshment.
06 - Decorate each glass with fresh mint and slices of peach and mango. Serve promptly for best enjoyment.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • It is ridiculously easy, and the fizzy tea base is a little secret that makes it feel fancy with zero effort.
  • I've never seen anyone turn down a glass—the balance of mango and peach makes it universally sippable.
02 -
  • If you try to mix hot tea, it dulls the fruit flavors and the sparkling fizz—it must be cold.
  • Straining the puree is worth the effort if you want a clean, restaurant-style sip with no bits clogging your straw.
03 -
  • If making ahead, blend and mix the fruit-tea base but wait to add sparkling water until just before serving.
  • Try muddling fresh mint in the glasses before pouring to infuse even more freshness.
