- On the unbuttered side of two slices layer the burrata tomato slices and basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper.

- Top each with the remaining bread slices buttered side facing out.
- Step 4:
- Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Step 5:
- Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3β4 minutes per side pressing gently with a spatula until the bread is golden brown and crisp and the cheese is melty.
