03 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
04 - ½ teaspoon salt
05 - 2 large eggs
06 - 1¾ cups whole milk
07 - ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
08 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

09 - ½ cup pure maple syrup
10 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

→ For Serving (optional)

11 - Fresh berries
12 - Whipped cream
13 - Powdered sugar

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until evenly distributed.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, whole milk, melted unsalted butter, and pure vanilla extract until fully blended.
04 - Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; a few lumps are acceptable to avoid overmixing.
05 - Lightly grease the preheated waffle iron. Pour approximately ½ cup of batter per waffle onto the iron. Cook each batch for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
06 - Remove each waffle and cut into quarters to create bite-sized portions.
07 - In a small saucepan over low heat, melt unsalted butter and stir in pure maple syrup. Heat until warm, about 2 minutes, then transfer to a serving bowl.
08 - Arrange waffle quarters on a platter around the syrup dip bowl. Optionally, garnish with fresh berries, whipped cream, or a dusting of powdered sugar.
