# How to Make It:

02 - Transfer mixture onto plastic wrap shaping into an 8-inch log. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm.
03 - Mix parsley, dill, chives, and lemon zest evenly in a shallow dish.
04 - Unwrap chilled cheese log and roll it gently in the herb mixture ensuring even coverage.
