# How to Make It:

01 - Arrange a large round serving board or platter for display.
02 - Drape a slice of meat halfway over the rim of a wine glass. Overlap 5 to 7 additional slices around the rim. Carefully invert the glass onto the board to release the rose. Repeat for each meat variety and arrange evenly.
03 - Place brie wedges, manchego slices, cheddar cubes, and crumbled goat cheese around the meat roses.
04 - Fill empty spaces with red and green grapes, pear slices, and pomegranate seeds to add color and texture.
05 - Cluster mixed nuts, dried apricots, and olives around the board. Garnish with fresh rosemary, thyme sprigs, and edible flowers if using.
