# What You'll Need:
→ Crackers
01 - 12 square crackers (saltine or butter crackers)
→ Pepperoni & Cheese
02 - 24 slices pepperoni
03 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (60 g)
04 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
→ Garnish (Optional)
05 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
06 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
# How to Make It:
01 - Set oven broiler to high and position rack approximately 6 inches from heat source.
02 - Place square crackers evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
03 - Top each cracker with 2 slices of pepperoni, slightly overlapping.
04 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over pepperoni on each cracker.
05 - Lightly dust grated Parmesan over each assembled cracker if desired.
06 - Broil 2 to 3 minutes until cheese bubbles and pepperoni edges crisp, monitoring closely to avoid burning.
07 - Remove from oven and allow to cool briefly before serving.
08 - Finish with chopped parsley and a pinch of red pepper flakes, if preferred. Serve warm.
