# What You'll Need:

01 - 10 slices soft white sandwich bread, crusts removed

→ Filling

02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
04 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
05 - 1 teaspoon fresh chives, finely chopped
06 - 1 teaspoon fresh dill, finely chopped
07 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
08 - 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

→ Coating

09 - 3/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut

# How to Make It:

01 - In a bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, mayonnaise, chives, dill, pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth and well blended.
02 - Lay out bread slices on a flat surface. Spread a generous layer of filling on each slice.
03 - Place another slice of bread on top to create five sandwiches. Gently press together to seal.
04 - Using a 1.5-inch round cookie cutter, cut four circles from each sandwich.
05 - Pour shredded coconut onto a plate.
06 - Lightly brush edges of each sandwich bite with water or extra cream cheese to help the coconut stick.
07 - Roll the sides and tops of each sandwich bite in the shredded coconut, creating a snowball effect.
08 - Arrange bites on a platter and refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
